Offer design and configuration best practices to partners when deploying Solarwinds MSP products to client networks Problem identification and resolution during deploymentDeliver product training to both Partners and support staff, where needed3 years experience as a field/networking technician or System Administrator Ability to effectively convey the product message and value proposition through technical demonstrations, trade show presentations, and onsite training engagements Strong communication, presentation and client management skills Ability to demonstrate planning, organization, implementation and time management skills Thrive in a dynamic, fast paced work environment Ability to work with little or no supervision Highly motivated self-starterPreferences:Previous experience with RMM platformsField work/customer facing roles or dutiesPresentation skillsQuick studyDesirable industry certifications (MCSE, CCNA, etc.)
