This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects, a general technical background and the eagerness to learn. It is extremely important for this person to possess excellent communication skills to routinely interact with team members as well as external clients. They are a problem solver, collaborative, adaptable and have great attention for detail.Working closely and cross-functionally in the Cardinal Path Team, the Sales Development Representative help qualify and generate leads through targeted outbound calling and email campaigns. They will be nurturing these client relationships and utilizing Cardinal Paths resources to drive current as well as future business.Qualify and maintain any inbound/outbound leads with sense of urgencyBuilding and fostering strong client relationships.Provide world class customer service to prospects and customersDevelop and maintain strong product/service knowledgeUpdate CRM/systems with accurate records of lead interactionsIdentify and actively address inefficiencies: we need to leverage our tools for prospecting at speedGenerate lead demand using marketing campaignsDelivering comprehensive client/industry informationBachelor’s Degree in any related discipline.Previous experience in sales development, customer support/success, or other customer-facing role/industryPrior outbound sales experienceFamiliarity with marketing analytics, digital products and the enterprise marketStrong communication skills in written, verbal and reading.Competitive, flexible, adaptive, resilient, driven to overachieve… you get the idea!
