We promise you’ll have a lot of fun along the way!Responsibilities:Deliver Perfect Guest Experience by ensuring food quality is at the highest standards;Develops the ability to effectively run both dining room and kitchen operations and lead all shifts to Brand standardAssist with the day-to-day operations as directed by the General Manager;The successful candidate will be someone who is a hands-on leader, willing to help wherever is necessary to ensure overall success of the restaurant.Qualifications:Post secondary degree/diploma (BComm. Or Hospitality) or equivalent is an asset;Must possess the ”Hospitality Gene” – Passion for People and Excellence;Previous experience in the Hospitality Industry is an assetDevelop Associates at all levels through coaching, training and one on one discussionsShould have 2-5 years of restaurant management experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Interested?
