This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.The Bilingual Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support within Canada. Maintain accurate labour costing by utilizing technical service to price out the labour component for all PM agreements using custom Excel spread sheets.Develop and maintain account/customer files.Achieve required phone performance as defined in the Inside Sales Performance Metrics.Conduct all business transactions in a manner that upholds the high ethical standards of Cantel Canada.Support the Technical Service team and schedule work orders. Any additional tasks as assigned.
