They will adjust/manage retail sales and operations procedures ineach location based on goals set for the whole region. The Regional Director willrely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. They will also perform a variety of tasks including individual and multi-unit P&L management. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.The Regional Director will also:Deliver sales performance and business volume to company goalsModel Ideal Image core competencies and core valuesImplement, enforce and comply with all Ideal Image policies and proceduresEstablish individual and collective performance objectives, sales and development goalsEvaluate and coach Guest Services telephone inquiries and consultationsEnsure every Associate models the Ideal way to provide every Guest with an exceptional experienceAssist Center Managers with staffing and employmentas neededEnsure Associates follow the Ideal Engagement Sales ModelTrain, coach, and counsel AssociatesCollaborate with Ideal Image Development Corporation, Inc. to grow the businessEnsure Center meets Ideal Operations standards and protocolsEnsure Treatment Providers follow established Treatment ProtocolsMaintain image branding standardsNetwork in the community to develop and enhance Ideal Image awarenessPlan, execute and follow up on guerilla marketing eventsLeverage business to business and business groups relationships to increase businessEstablish and monitor lead generation and follow up systemsAdminister the budget and fiscal activitiesAll other tasks as assignedBachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred. Successful sales experience may be substituted for academic credential.12+ years of experience in the field, with a minimum of 3 years sales management experience.Extensive local and overnight travelAbility to drive sales performance and development ongoing new and existing customer base growth.Familiar with standard concepts of field sales, profitability and customer service. Compelling interpersonal communications skills, influence skills, and rapport-building abilities.Strong customer service orientation to include excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate verbal and written communication.Rapid learner with ability to grasp concepts and protocol associated with generally accepted accounting principles.Influencing others and facilitating decisions – Uses appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of products, service, or ideas from clinics and other departments.
