Reporting to the Program Manager and Project Coordinator in our solutions group, the Resume Screening Coordinator will be a WilsonHCG contract employee who works in- office to screen and score resumes for our Public Sector clients.This is a great opportunity for hard working, analytical and highly skilled individuals who are looking to expand their recruitment knowledge.The Recruitment Coordinator primary duties include but are not limited to:Reviewing job descriptions, specifications and selection criteria in order to gain a full understanding of the jobAttending an intake call with public sector hiring managers to discuss the positions and criteriaAnalytically reviewing candidate resumes – screening them for demonstrated experience based on defined selection criteria and scoring them by following specific resume screening guidelines and commenting on each resumeMeeting all deadlines given to you by WilsonHCGEnsuring that you meet WilsonHCG quality standards and strictly following a predetermined methodologyRequirements:A passion for recruitment and resume screening.Ability to analyze resume’s and evaluate based on screening guidelinesStrong written and verbal communicationHR Certificate in progress is an assetAbility to multi-task and work in a high volume, fast paced environmentWork with little supervisionVery strong organizational skills to juggle competing priorities, meeting deadlines and regularly communicate progress to manager and stake holders.Proficient in using Adobe reader to access various filesProficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
