Position Description
Lenovo is seeking a dedicated and fully bilingual (French and English) Proposal Development and Contracts Specialist to work with Lenovo”s Canadian Sales teams to develop winning responses & proposal to Requests For Proposals (RFP) for Enterprise, Public Sector and Federal Segments. The successful candidate will work closely with the Canadian team, based out of Montreal, and along side of Lenovo segment executives; pricing and brand teams. The Proposal Development and Contracts Specialist will develop strategies and gather competitive intelligence to position Lenovo to win in the Quebec market.
Responsibilities include:
– Acting as the focal in the Quebec region for all translation requirements (French & English)
– Develop & implement winning strategies and best practices for RFPs
– Create and write responses and proposals for RFPs
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams and channel partners during proposal process
– Participate in Win/Loss research and reporting
– Develop tactics and strategies for winning and retaining business
Position Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
-Fully bilingual in both French and English (written and verbal)
– Demonstrated knowledge of Corporate and Public Sector RFP responses
– Strong Technology Background – PC, Server, Phones

Preferred Requirements:
– Excellent bilingual communications skills both written and verbal in both French and English
– Proven and successful experience in proposal writing in French with ability to develop winning solutions and proposals
– Previous experience in a sales proposal team with

High-energy/performance and positive attitude

Knowledge of Product Positioning, Special Bids and Profit Roadmaps
