We recognize the individual needs of our staff while supporting and assisting them to reach their full potential.Keller Foundations is seeking an outgoing, self-motivated, knowledgeable, organized and positive Project Manager to join our Vancouver, BC office.The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of project management in geotechnical specialty construction including estimating, contract negotiation, contract management, revenue and cost reporting, change management, project budgets, client relations and some business development.Responsibilities:Coordinate requests for quotation from suppliers and subcontractorsManage proposal deadlines; coordinate the timely submittal of completed proposalsComplete the opportunity function in Groundworks; input client information, updated cost information, etc.Ensure procurement and equipment requests are submitted in a timely mannerManage (performance expectations, constructive feedback, etc.) and mentor project team (project engineers, project coordinator, superintendent)Accurately track the progress of the work and compare to project budget, notify project accountant of any significant deviations along with an explanation for the deviationsComplete presentations on completed projects to clients or consultantsProvide guidance to project teams to develop, submit, track and enforce project mobilization, quality, safety, environmental, staffing and execution plansQualifications:Minimum bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering or Construction ManagementEng registration in British Columbia desirableMinimum 5 years’ progressively relevant experience in the geotechnical construction industryProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with ACADExcellent communication skills (oral/written)Demonstrated leadership skillsGood judgment and decision-making skillsAble to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelinesAnalytical, detail-oriented, flexible, adaptable, team player
