Become part of our high-performance culture!Job Role and ResponsibilitiesIncludes but not limited to:Plan, develop and oversee and implementing projectsResearch, analyze project elements, define deliverable schedulesPlan, organize, schedule and coordinate the work of individual team members to attain required resultsManage schedules to ensure deadlines are metLead and coordinate project team meetingsCommunicate project status on a regular basis to stakeholdersManage all aspects of the initial customer relationship with our client, including liaising with the client, taking time to understand the client’s evolving needs, developing the client relationship through effective communication and personal skills, and building trust through repeated, timely and effective project deliveryManage priorities effectively and set expectations among all members of the project team and customerPromote and practice company values in the leadership of staff and in the nurturing of a creative, innovative and enjoyable work environmentUtilize project management best practicesEssential Skills and QualificationsEssential Skills and QualificationsBachelor of Computer Science degree (or equivalent related qualifications)Five or more years demonstrated competency in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, requirements prioritization Knowledge of CSDC AMANDA suite of productsCertified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) designation Experience with GISKnowledge of the business of Justice and Public Safety, with particular emphasis on the 9-1-1 and Emergency Services domainsKnowledge of SQL and database design Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate is criticalExcellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to justify budgets to senior management, present status to Executive Steering Committees, negotiate contracts with external vendors, motivate a project team, keep customers informed and talk to technical staffCurrent Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or PRINCE2 designation Technical knowledge of tools used in Project Management such as Microsoft Project and OfficeProven track record in delivering complex projects on time, on budget with high quality results, including strong positive references from recent customers/project sponsorsAbility to effectively pull together cross-functional resources in an effort to deliver beyond the expectations of the customerAdditional AssetsFamiliar with agile methodologiesWillingness to travelAccreon thanks all applicants for their interest.
