Aon is looking for a Processing Technician (6-month contract)As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Retirement,in Toronto, Ontario. As a Processing Technician, you will report directly to theBenefits Service Manager.Your impact as a Processing Technician (6-month contract)Job ResponsibilitiesAnswering calls and emails from plan membersValidating and entering data in pension plan administration systemsFollowing up on current issues (missing documents or information, management of cheques, deposits, disbursements, etc., according to records)Performing various administrative tasks (photocopying of financial reports, scanning documents, distribution mails, filing)Performing validations (reconciliation of amounts, validation of amounts, validation of terminations with the trustee, cash inflow and outflow, etc., according to records)Helping the assistant consultant with various tasks (e.g., verifying memberships during a production)Following and improving quality standardsYou Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:DEC in administration or any other combination of relevant training and experienceExperience in pension administration and/or group insurance (an asset)Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word and Excel)Spoken and written bilingualism is an assetExcellent communication skillsPunctualityGood with numbersAutonomy, attention to detail and organizational skillsFlexibility and availabilityWe offer youAcompetitivetotal rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with agrowingworldwide organization.Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
