Responsibilities:Complete production lists to ensure enough product is available for service;Prepare and portion all items promptly, efficiently and with attention to detail;Keep the work area, utensils and production equipment clean and sanitized;Re-stock items as needed while on duty;Perform all opening, closing and cleaning tasks as instructed;Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program;Follow safe food handling procedures at all times;Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum 1-3 years experience or relevant restaurant experience;Previous experience handling or cooking food is an asset;Red Seal Certification an asset;Food Handler’s Certification;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Able to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines;Passion for food and service.If you are interested in this fantastic opportunity, please apply online today.We would like to thank all applicants for their interest in opportunities with us.
