All about you You will ensure the optimization of the company’s sales, margin and inventory performance targets in an Omnichannel environment You will be responsible for essential path management, supplier’s quality and fulfillment to North American official requirements A great leader, who can coach, train and develop the planning and allocation team Can you do this? Oversee the development and implementation of planning and inventory flow strategies Responsible for leading the strategic initiatives of merchandise planning processes and inventory levels from purchase to sell through at store level, and developing KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance Partner with merchants and operations to implement sales and profit objectives through the development of merchandise plans Maintains accurate financial results and make recommendations on forecasting of financial objectives with crossfunctional teams Partner with IT team on system support Manage the efforts of the Planning and Allocation teams in providing timely and accurate decisionmaking tools, reports and recommendations to crossfunctional partners via pre, post, and inseason analyses Responsible for coaching, training and development of Planning and allocation teams Liaise with all crossdivisional planning & allocation counterparts to share and adopt bestpractice systems and processes Leads continuous improvements and process efficiencies efforts in the department Accountable to ensure buy plans and assortment plans relates to store space capacity and maximizes store space productivity Develops recommendations to improve future seasons Is this you?
