Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Outlet Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet Deliver and present food items to guests Communicate with culinary team to ensure buffet is adequately stocked Bus and re-set tables Perform openin g, cleaning and closing duties Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Adhere to the hotel’s vehic le handling and safety policies while driving hotel vehicles Other duties as assigned Orso Busperson Exceptional service and cuisine are hallmarks of Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge.
