Become part of our high-performance culture.Job Role and ResponsibilitiesIncludes but not limited to:Work with senior leaders to evaluate, develop and execute a change management strategy that aligns to the vision for change.Develop and perform communications to key stakeholder groups while maintaining alignment to the principles identified in the change management strategy and vision for change.Assess the impact of change and the organization”s readiness while ensuring roles, responsibilities, and, decision-making framework are clarified.Consult with clients and system end-users to identify and analyze the change in business workflows.Develop and execute change management plans to promote and support user adoption of new technology and business processes, benefits realization and change sustainability of new practices.Plan and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions.Develop effective communication and training plans that align with organization-specific need.Develop and implement measures that track progress, outcomes, and benefits realization.Essential Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor degree in a related field (or equivalent related qualifications)Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and toolsStrong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Strong presentation and group facilitation skills; with experience leading workshops and training sessionsExperience implementing new processes or systems within large and/or diverse organizationsFamiliarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycleAdditional Assets:Certification in industry-standard change management methodologyExperience in a consulting environmentExperience in designing and delivering technical solutionsStrong conflict management skillsFamiliarity with health care solutionsWillingness to travel
