Our strategic mission focuses on developing our employees, investing in new technologies, and ensuring our department structure continues to effectively support the needs of both our clients and our employees. Operations Services manages the servicing of client requests with a focus on high accuracy, efficiency, and consistency of the client experience. As a member of the Operations Services team, your primary responsibilities will include:Providing account management and servicing activities for client accountsInterpreting and analyzing documentation for the input and processing of registered and non-registered investment transactionsEnsuring documentation is complete and following up when additional documentation is requiredProcessing of documents based on the client request received and completing according to the Mackenzie policy and procedures and compliance guidelinesCompleting the processing associated with the maintenance of a variety of products and servicesUsing various software applications to ensure the accurate completion of client requestsProviding support to internal departments and external clients for all client requests receivedThe following qualifications will assist the successful candidates in accomplishing these functions:Bilingual (French) is an assetKnowledge of Registered Education Savings Plan, and other registered products is an assetPassion for learning and developmentProfessional attitude and strong customer orientationDetail-oriented, accurate and able to work well in a deadline driven environmentGood communication skills, both written and verbalGood interpersonal, organizational and time-management skillsStrong decision making and problem-solving skillsPost-secondary education or work experience in a relevant business disciplineMutual Fund and Financial Industry knowledge and experience is an assetFamiliarity with back office data processing, processes and procedures and working knowledge of MS Office is an asset***Candidates must be available to work a flexible rotating shift between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday – Friday, and work weekends occasionally.Internal Applicants:If you are interested in applying for this position please direct applications on-line using the “apply for this job” icon located at the bottom or to the left of the posting.
