YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a key player of the implementation of the "Dealer Value Proposition" and the BRP Network Transformation Engine with an EMEA scope, the Network Development Admin Coordinator’s role is to execute a variety of tasks related to the daily operations of maintaining a high-performing dealer and distributor network.
You will be responsible to follow the process for Dealer/Distributor lifecycle in our systems. You will manage a variety of tasks linked to Dealers/Distributors such as communications, quality program assessments and contract management.
Coordinate Data Entries into our corporate ERP system (SAP):
Opening/Termination of dealers and distributors
Coordinating those processes with EMEA stakeholders such as Sales, Credit and After-sales
Multiple data entries related to the SAP Master Data fields
Coordinate the Legal contract renewal process:
Prepare lists of partners to renew in collaboration with Legal/Sales
Coordination of the process with all stakeholders (Legal, Sales) to include specific needs or improvements: sending/tracking/returning the signed agreements and product tracking
Network department admin support (various):
Coordinate financial accruals at month-end and keep track of budget
Maintain department tools such as our Access Database and PowerPoint reporting
Coordinate the translation and sending of the network communications
Coordinate various process in EMEA to unauthorized resellers
Support in organizing team or dealer events or launch material related to network development (eg. Certification Program).
Commercial Admin support (various):
Support on commercial country managers on various admin tasks: travel expense, organizing events, writing and coordinating translation for the department
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Fluent in English (main working language).
French or other European language is a plus
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks
Highly motivated and proactive individual willing to take initiative
Excellent organizational & administrative skills
Able to work autonomously, build relations and communicate
Professional, flexible, team player – able to work with diverse groups of people
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: SAP is a big plus
University or business school degree
3 to 5 years of professional experience in marketing or retail sales environment
Able to operate in a complex international business environment
This position is located in Lausanne, Switzerland.
