Kingspan companies are now established around the world in various markets and this global presence is ever increasing.To support our growth we are looking for an Industrial Mechanic/Millwright for our production site in Caledon, ON.As an Millwright, you have the following responsibilities, (not limited to):Promotes a sense of urgency and supports all Health and Safety initiativesMaintain safe condition of maintenance area and any areas worked inHandle individual responsibilities & be a team playerMaintain equipment inventory to minimize downtimeConduct, Uphold & Stimulate routine PM systemModify and fabricate equipment, assist withinstallation of new equipmentGeneral facility maintenance as required, including structure, lighting, doors, HVAC, etcSustain structured communication environmentHands-On repairs to a variety of equipment; Pumps, Conveys, Roll formers, Motors, Gearboxes etc.Service an assortment of; voltages, PLC’s, VFD’sREQUIRED: Licensed skilled trade – 433AExperience in a continuous automated production environment is essentialPrepared to work in a rotating shift patternPrepared to work 12 hour shiftBeavailable for overtime as needed or required by management and flexibility in times taken for breaks / lunches to support production and maintenance activitiesStrong troubleshooting ability is a mustGeneral machining essential, cutting, grinding, drilling, milling, electrical, plumbing, fabrication.MMA and MIG welding a necessityHydraulics and pneumatics knowledgeEstablished experience with; Bearings, Belts, ChainsBasic Automation skillsetMust be a demonstrated decision-maker who uses a ”hands-on” approachProven ability to complete tasks within specified timeline.Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and communication skills.Good working knowledge of MS Office, Windows and e-mailContinuous improvement mindset and experienceKnowledge of WHMIS and OH&S regulationsForklift/Scissor lift/Arial Work Platform license preferableKingspan Insulated Panels Inc North America, a division of Kingspan Group Plc. headquartered in Ireland, is a global leader in the manufacturing of insulated metal panels.
