We help small business owners start, run and grow their businesses by providing them the right tools, education and connection to trusted advisors, exactly how and when they need them. We fuel small business success, because when they thrive, we all do.As the Customer Marketing Manager, Growth & Monetization, you will lead QuickBooks ecosystem marketing to grow customer lifetime value. You’ll be responsible for nurturing awesome relationships with existing small business customers and introducing them to the solutions that add incremental value to their QuickBooks product(s), including Time Tracking, Payroll & Payments solutions.This role is ideal for someone who views experiences holistically through a customer-centric lens, is data-driven and digitally savvy, loves balancing multiple stakeholders and can switch quickly from strategic thinking to the tactical details to drive exceptional business results. Success in this role will require a metrics-based approach and ability to navigate ambiguous requirements at times. The successful candidate will exhibit a passion for innovation and for customers, with an expertise in customer relationship marketing.Create and execute customer segmentation strategies and programs to drive business objectives around growing product attachCollaborate with data warehouse teams, product management, operations, finance, care and sales to create and enhance segmentation, predictive models, marketing databases and other systems required to effectively deploy our customer marketing strategy across the organizationManage both online (SaaS) and desktop-based QuickBooks attach products and services portfoliosDevelop & deliver on lifecycle marketing plans that match customers with the Time Tracking solution at the right time, using insights from product marketing, research & analyticsOwn performance for key Lifetime Value drivers (new user activation, attach, active use, retention)Work with Intuit marketing & sales teams to develop & execute integrated marketing campaigns across touch-points (e.g. in-product, email, CRM, web, advertising, sales, partner channel(s), care, social)Rapidly develop test/learn plans to successfully drive business results and changes in customer behaviour; understand conversion levers and leverage those to achieve success throughout the conversion funnelDevelop and deliver on customer marketing one-year revenue & attach plans and quarterly forecasts, priorities, promotions and contingency efforts (in partnership with channels and finance)Work cross-functionally to drive an integrated go-to-market plan that includes messaging, positioning, channels and creative for different segments; execute on the plan with end-to-end thinking across the ecosystemClosely partner with Product Management & Product Marketing teams to define, articulate and proactively communicate product feature releasesSupport sales and care enablement through training, collateral and online contentWin customer hearts & minds and grow market share vs. competitorsDrive results by leveraging influencing abilities across teams for which you do not have direct management responsibilityMarketing professional with 3-5 years of progressive experience (technology/SaaS and/or B2B experience preferred)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience in marketing and/or salesStrong leader and team player who leads with integrity and cares not only about the “what” but also the “how” when delivering resultsConnected: Proven experience and passion to facilitate relationships (internal and external) to drive business results and be a strong collaborator with a willingness to take risks.Scientific: Demonstrated track record of voracious curiosity, taking ownership for leveraging analytics and driving dramatic growth through successful marketing strategies and execution. Uses analytical, hypothesis-driven testing to find new & effective ways to deliver on KPI’s.Customer-centric: Tenacious about understanding customer behaviours and passionate about delighting customers at every touch point they have with IntuitCollaborates & influences across teams and consistently communicates across levels & teams to achieve results.
