Job Description:As a Manufacturing Analyst, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing trends for Cimpress” Windsor manufacturing operations.You will work closely with the Operations, Engineering and Financial Teams, applying strong analytical skills to define problems, form hypotheses, gather and analyze data and make recommendations.Types of detailed analyses will include but are not limited to measuring production output, tracking labour hours, and measuring labour productivity variances versus expected performanceAs an analyst, you will work on both independent projects and on cross-functional teams.In each case, you will need to take responsibility for ensuring that results are effectively disseminated.The ideal candidate will understand the information that is generated from the reporting function and how to use that information to promote improvements.Responsibilities: Specify, monitor and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics for manufacturing. Work closely with the manufacturing/engineering teams to understand business needs.Respond in a timely manner to ad-hoc analytic requests from the plant for data, analysis and reportsWork with global partners on exploratory data analysis as well as implementation, monitoring and reporting of approved initiativesShare and learn best practices with other Plant Analytics teams globallyBecome the go-to expert in use of company databases for manufacturing analytics Work with engineering to improve relevant data collection Must grow professional and technical skills at a fast pace Qualifications: 5+ years” professional experience in applicable disciplines.
