So if you get fired up about making a real difference as part of a winning team like we do then we want to hear from you.The Headlines:Reporting to the Sr. Manager People Development, the People Development (PD) Manager will design, deliver and manage logistics of a wide variety of training programs with a primary focus on Leadership programming for all business functions as well as Enterprise Onboarding. The PD Manager, in consultation with the Learning Architects of the COE, will also lead all elearning design and implementation requirements utilizing Articulate Storyline. The Responsibilities:Lead facilitator of Enterprise On-boarding which occurs each month for 3.5 days.This role will be responsible and accountable for the coordination of all logistics such as working with a third party to book travel arrangements and hotel accommodations; all pre-and post-onboarding communication to the new hire, HRBP and hiring manager; the sustainment of the onboarding program by working with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to generate 30-60-90 day plans as well as the execution of various measurement tactics; room booking and set-up as well as scheduling of all guest speakers.Organizes all logistics for Living Leadership Manager and Director as well as Brilliant Coaching and Execution. Logistical duties include scheduling, room set-up, pre-post communication to nominees, hiring managers and HRBPs; working with HRBPs to nominate candidates, and with the Global team to arrange for the right facilitators.Required to take the lead or to co-facilitate Brilliant Coaching and/or Brilliant Execution when required.PD Manager will require experience in the design and development of eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline.PD Manager will need to work closely with not only the Canadian PD team but also with the Global Learning Architect team, as the PD Manager will need to align to all Global design standards and requirements and to service the Canadian PD team when the Global COE does not have bandwidth.Required to review pre-built e-learning modules and to make spot adjustments when required.PD Manager to be the expert in Articulate Storyline.PD Manager will be required to undergo training to become certified in Emergentics (paid for by Molson Coors). They will be responsible for the marketing and set-up of Emergentics; working along side with the corresponding HRBPs.
