You will be responsible for Identifying prospective partners and market opportunities that Intuit can accelerate via partnership, targeting innovation and growth through partnerships You will persistently explore and uncover business needs of key partners, while setting the vision and strategy. You will work closely with the Strategic Partner Group to maintain end to end experiences across all product lines at Intuit as a single point of contact.Develop and evolve and execute the Partnership strategy Source, recruit, secure and build new partnerships, while exploring new opportunities to expand existing partnershipsWorking with cross functional teams within Intuit to enable partnership executionBuild key relationships with C-level individuals within partner accountsAbility to gain trust, negotiatebusinessobjectives, and work directly with a broad group of senior executives and subject matter expertsAchievement of KPI’s and success measures, tracking against the partnership team goals and hitting critical targetsAnalyze results, prioritize and pivot where necessaryProven experience as a business builder with strong ‘hunter’ mentality, and entrepreneurial spirit 7+ years overall experience, including 5+ years in business builder/sales experience Exemplify a proven track record of business building partnerships, preferably in technology/SaaSExcellent written and oral presentation and communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels including with top Corporate ExecutivesWell-developed skills in strategic and quantitative analysis, project management, negotiation, communication and leadership are essentialDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, be self-motivatedStrong interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead via influence. Open and highly collaborative, ability to partner well with multiple cross-functional teamsA passion for data and analytics businesses, and emerging technology trends is an asset
