Key Tasks:Building Loads to be dispatched.Ensures timely and accurate dispatching and scheduling of deliveries.Uploads and downloads DMS transactions to capture all sales documents – every dispatch of a truckHours of Work: Vary depending on the time of year. Flexibility is required.Ensure all required dispatch work is complete, loads ready, paperwork / trip sheets complete, etc.FleetWave – mileage entriesFleet card expense managementEnsure entry of daily trip ships into ezLabour daily is completed. Complete payroll and hours of service daily.Maintain a fleet of road ready equipmentWork with driver’s to ensure that enough trucksDetermine best method of completing shipments based on available driver hours.Audit Trip sheets and drivers logs to ensure proper MOT complianceFleetnet transaction capture and sales reporting (into equipment fills)Maintains truck files for NSC / TDG requirementsWeekly – tailgate sessions.Responsible to ensure that all Transportation is operating based on safety standards.Standards must be met forTransport Canada which is subject to external audit.Maintains all EH&S related files for drivers, trucks and National Safety Code compliancePerform random audits to ensure compliance with safety and compliance with all company policies and proceduresMaintain Accurate files:Driver files for complianceEquipment filesEnsure that all staff complete and maintain procedures manuals to ensure back-up supportEnsure that all staff complete and maintain procedures manuals to ensure back-up supportSkills:Strong time management and priority allocation skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a teamFamiliar with Northern Alberta Geographies as related to delivery points.Must be safety consciousQualifications:Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.2 years prior Logistics and supply management experienceExcellent telephone/communication/people skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Word/Excel, good keyboarding skillsNutrien Ag Solutions, a Nutrien Company, is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
