Throughout your career you will have the opportunity to take on new and exciting challengesnot only within Montana”s, butalso the CARA group of Restaurants.You will be a significant member of one of the largest and most successful restaurant companies in Canada.Responsibilities:Manage inventory, food and culinary labour costsManage food inventoriesPrepare culinary team schedules to meet the needs of the restaurant and budget guidelinesOversee the training and development of the kitchen team, ensuring constant improvement in culinary skillsEnsure consistency of quality, portion control and plated presentationEnsure recipe adherence in kitchen execution of all products servedOversee adherence to legislative and food handling requirementsImplement and adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety ProgramJob Requirements:Minimum 2-3 years management experience working in a high-volume casual dining restaurantPost-secondary education, preferably in hospitality and/or business related fieldStrong business acumen, including an understanding of budgets and operating costsExcellent knowledge of food, food handling and preparationDemonstrated ability to motivate and direct othersInterested?
