Participate in continuous product training to maintain thorough knowledge of the industry ·          Maintain daily the Call When Complete queue to ensure on-time delivery of required product Work with shipping/receiving to ensure product is shipped and received as required ·          Communicate with Purchasing to ensure they are up to date with time requirements of orders, and alerting them of large orders that may deplete inventory ·          Establish and maintain customer relationships in order to grow profitable sales and implement sales plan to support sales and profitability goals. ·          Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally       REQUIREMENTS          2-3 years’ experience in HVAC/HRV/ERV Sales with demonstrated technical and product knowledge ·          Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers and customers ·          Excellent organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and maintain an abundance of paperwork ·          Ability to meet strategic goals and objectives with little supervision ·          Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment ·          Ability to exercise sound judgment, analyze the importance of situations and respond appropriately ·          Have a well-developed phone presence and high comfort level in initiating conversations ·          Timely assist in the order fulfillment process – customer inquiries, quotations, order acknowledgement, sourcing of goods, processing, shipments, and settlements. ·          High level of work integrity and ethics in all dealings with internal and external customers. ·          Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.     WORKING CONDITIONS Shift – have to be flexible to work anytime between 8 am to 6 pm Location – Woodbridge, ON   If you are a passionate, committed and dynamic Sales professional, then submit your resume in confidence by clicking “Apply”.  Compensation 41k – 50k Compensation and Benefits Details   ·          Competitive salary with an opportunity to be hired on Permanent role based on performance ·          An excellent working environment and Opportunities for advancement Date Added 6/27/2018 Job Category Sales Industry Manufacturing and Production
