The Inside Sales professional is responsible for revenue growth by maintaining and building on the current client base.
Please note: This position is tentatively scheduled for Monday to Friday, day time hours; may be required outside of these hours.
To be successful in this role, you will exceptionally complete the following (not an exhaustive list of responsibilities):
Ensuring all customer contacts are maximized for best results and by cold calling for new accounts.
This position will serve as the primary business contact for assigned clients. Also is responsible for consistently providing education to accounts and reduce churn. This position will be responsible for Small Business sales revenue segment.
Aggressive soliciting for new accounts (40% of your time), proactive outbound retention of assigned account base (40% of your time) and administration work (20% of your time); your exceptional time management skills will be utilized daily.
Consistently hitting and surpassing your personal sales targets and focus on annual KPI’s. Goal-oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation.
Maintain productivity standards; focused and dedicated to uncovering and developing a high value-add relationship with your customers.
Proactively contact customers at Risk and resolve issues through customer needs analysis.
Use SFDC for prospecting, retention and all short-term and long-term pipeline management with accurate forecasting of revenue, along with all activities
Communication, by phone and by email, in a clear and common language with customers across Western Canada
Responsible for 100% compliance with being log into the Cisco call queue to handle inbound calls from prospects and customer on their sales inquiries.
Adapt to rapid change and the ability to manage a challenging and demanding workload, while remaining calm while working under pressure.
Failure to handle customers tactfully will result in loss of business and affect the sales growth strategy. Failure to be a team player will have direct negative impact on team growth.
Telephone skills and manners are essential to building strong relationships with existing customers in short time-frame. Maintain a sale focused mind-set while using tact, courtesy, and diplomacy to gain trust of prospects when cold calling to solicit business.

To be qualified for this role, please ensure your resume clearly displays some or all of the following :
Minimum of post-secondary education, preferably in business or sales. A suitable combination of education and experience may also be considered.
Minimum of two (2) years cold call sales experience with a proven track record of success and enthusiasm for cold-calling and/or
Experience and/or knowledge of related industries
Strong business acumen
Winning attitude with a healthy level of competitiveness.
Ability to independently problem solve and exercise sound judgment in determining the appropriate course of action.
Accountable and accepts responsibility for personal sales targets and key performance indicators; self-driven to attain results regardless of the obstacles or circumstance.
Proven ability to juggle projects, meet timelines and manage client expectations while balancing many competing priorities.
Must be able to handle rejection and continue towards objectives with resiliency.

Exceptional verbal communication skills are essential.
Computer skills – accuracy, MS products, Salesforce.com, AS400, web based programs
Demonstrated customer relationship skills
Strong conflict resolution skills
Able to work deadlines in high transactional environment
Ability to champion business needs in a collaborative manner to colleagues
English and French language requirement, written and spoken.
The working environment can include long periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer and on a phone.
