Position Overview
As a Wholesaler you will market and sell our clients internal Pooled Funds to the street.
You will target Investment Advisors and Portfolio Manager that have High Net-worth Investor or clients.
In this role a rolodex of Investment Advisors and PM is a must to have.
Responsibilities

Designing marketing campaigns to add assets of HNW clientele

Develop and follow up on leads within the local investment community.

Assist in the creation and execution of written communication campaigns to prospects.

Coordination of marketing strategies

Be highly responsive, the go-to contact for prospects looking for information.

Understand the products and services of an IIROC regulated firm as well as the offering of key
competitors and provide input to the executive and senior management

Keep PPWM abreast of what type of new product the investment community is looking for.
Education

The successful completion of the CSC would be an asset.
Experience

Sales and Relationship Management experience of 5+ years with a strong ability to close.

Financial marketing experience and/or an understanding of the financial services industry is an asset, specifically IIROC regulated firms.

Self-motivated, enthusiastic and interested in working in an entrepreneurial environment.

Post-secondary degree in finance, communications, marketing or related field.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong computer literacy and writing skills

Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment

Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure

Ability to work well unsupervised and with a team
