This includes reinforcing the culture and values through the selection, retention and development of the best people. This position reports to the Senior Generalist HR of Operations.Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, salary and benefits administration, performance management, employee retention, employee orientations as well as other HR related programs.
