General Summary: The HR Coordinator will serve as a link between the HR Business Partner and the corporate HR team. They will collaborate with corporate HR team members to ensure timely and accurate communication, data-entry for various systems and completion of required forms or processes. Please be aware that you may receive correspondence by phone or email from based from Clearwater, Florida USA.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:• Administration – maintain employee information bulletin boards, ensure required posters are visible to all employees, assist employees with change of address forms, policy questions, and maintain onsite files and record retention• On-boarding/Off-boarding – conduct new employee orientation weekly, enter new hire information in the HRIS, enter I9 information into E-verify, and create team member files. Assist managers with separation notices, entering separations in HRIS, and conducting exit interviews.• Benefits – assist employees with leave of absence information and forms, notification of return to work, ensure communication of deadlines for life events and enrollments, and assist with annual open enrollment. Act as communication liaison between employees and corporate benefits team• Employee Engagement- Attendance Tracking, participating in ERC calls and meetings or responding to requests, warehouse walkthroughs, employee events• Payroll – assist employees with Payroll Work center for changes, support PTO entry and corrections to time punches. Provide management with reports on overtime, hours and attendance. Assist with communication to payroll regarding paycheck errors and correction forms.HRIS- Maintains data integrity within HRIS systems; assists in audits for accuracy as well as for appropriate approvals and documentation. Assists system users with training. Reviews and completes business requests for data and data usage. Resolves complex HRIS issues and escalates more complex issues to the corporate HRIS team.Manages information exchange and extracts data through automated interfaces between HRIS and other company systems.Collaborates in the preparation, execution and redesign of regular as well as ad hoc management reports.Enters benefits data onto carrier tools. Conducts audits of data to ensure accuracy and integrity of data for payroll purposes. Processes billings and supports employee benefits queries.Maintains and ensures accuracy and integrity of employee recordsOther Duties & Responsibilities:• Additional duties as assigned• Meets attendance and punctuality standardsExperience:• 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.Education & Certifications:• Bachelor”s Degree with Communication; Business Administration Field of Study preferred.• Some College required.• Other Education / Certifications: PHR; SHRM-CPWorking Conditions:• Distribution center environment may include exposure to extreme temperatures; high noise levels; high places; wet and/or humid conditions; and outside weather conditions• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:• Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.• Possesses strong data entry skills.• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.• Able to create and conduct formal presentations.• Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.• Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.• Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information• Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.• Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.• Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.• Able to use relevant computer system applications at an intermediate level
