The role contributes to the development and maintenance of the HR function to ensure we provide a comprehensive HR service to managers and employees.HRIS data entryHRIS reports (Terminations, New Hires, Anniversaries)Organizational chart review and maintenanceUpdate Corporate DirectoryRecruitment support, including coordinating background checksPayroll supportBenefits administration support, including benefit card distributionOrganization of company eventsOther duties as assigned1+ years of administrative experienceUndergraduate degree or diploma; HR specification or certification preferredStrong computer skillsExcellent attention to detailDemonstrated relationship building and management skillsHighly developed communication skills (written and verbal)Able to work autonomously and be a self-starterAn annual salary, based on experience.20 % discount.Extended health care benefits (after the 90 day probationary period, effective the first of the month).
