The Guest Service Supervisor’s primary function is to assist with the daily operations of the front office and to supervise all guest service personnel, and assist with guest needs.
This job exists to oversee the operations of the guest service agents, including scheduling and training of associates.
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for the smooth operation of the front office, and for insuring that all standard operating procedures pertinent to the Front Office are followed.
Long hours, many spent standing, sometimes required. Light work, exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
