Job Description
The Guest Services Manager primary job is to oversee the operations of the Guest Services department and demonstrate a commitment to personal guest service excellence.
The Guest Services Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of Guest Services department, and ensuring that all standard operating procedures pertinent to Guest Services are followed. Experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager and/or Housekeeping Manager required. Long hours sometimes required.
