Job Description
The Guest Service Agent is directly responsible for the prompt, efficient, and courteous check in and check out of guests, assisting with room reservations and handling of telephone calls, and for meeting many other guest needs during their stay. Also responsible for the collection of monies for services rendered during a guest stay and the smooth operation of the front office.
Long hours, many spent standing, sometimes required. Light work, exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
