The Greeter welcomes customers to our store and markets special in-store events to our customers. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: Consistently deliver Holt Renfrew’s “Amazing Service, Amazing Sales” to all customers. Attend all educational sessions offered Partner with selling management to resolve any customer service issues Maintain an expert knowledge of Holt Renfrew store events and marketing initiatives (Happy Me program, etc) Interact with Holt Renfrew clients in a warm, genuine manner and ensure clients’ needs are considered Develop and maintain effective, professional relationships with store employees and management Attend department and all-store meetings Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements Perform other duties, as assigned The ideal candidate: Highly collaborative; working with and through others in a team-oriented environment Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision Able to work a flexible work schedule based on the needs of the customer that includes nights, weekends, and holidays High School Diploma Previous experience in a service or front-facing role Fluency in both French, English, and other languages preferred Theatrical experience an asset The measures of success: Contribution to financial objectives Individual objectives linked to the achievement of department goals Feedback from internal and external clients Leadership behaviours – all employees at Holt Renfrew are expected to: Inspire with Service Lead with Passion Own it with Pride Earn lasting Relationships
