Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Golf Course Superintendent, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards Operate equipment and power tools, including utility vehicles, mowers and tractors Mow, trim, irrigate, and fertilize turf areas Edge, rake and maintain sand traps and cart paths Set tee markers and hole placement on greens Maintain fuel and fluid levels for all types of equipment on a daily basis and ensure all equipment is clean and in safe working order Report equipment problems or failures immediately Following all safety and sanitation policies Adhere to the hotel’s vehicle handling and safety policies while driving hotel and guest vehicles Other duties as assigned Golf Maintenance Labour For their breathtaking natural scenery, unique settings and legendary design, the golf courses of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts are destinations in themselves.
