This leader will bring a positive approach; show initiative and drive results; someone who can build and maintain relationships with guests and with the team members while ensuring that the administrative requirements of the role are fully maintained.The successful candidate will be responsible for duties such as but not limited to merchandising, marketing, administrative procedures, pricing, housekeeping, inventory control, scheduling, customer service, budgeting and team supervision.This person will contribute to leading and inspiring the team to the 4 Keys to Excellence and contribute to the team in living the Corporate Values of Integrity, Community and Excellence.QUALIFICATIONS:Preference may be given to applicants with management training, experience working in a Gas Bar; supervisory/managing experience preferred and/or management experience within the Co-op Retailing System. Evidence of being an organized planner; margin management; motivating and developing direct reports; and leading in creative merchandising and delivering results will be required. Food-related experience is required.
