ARI has an outstanding opportunity for a Client Service Representative (Client Administrator) based in our Mississauga Location.What will you do?Act as the Fleet Manager for your assigned accounts which requires a thorough understanding of your clients’ culture, contracts, policies and needsResponsible and accountable for the success of the day- to-day interaction within their assigned client portfolioDevelop and maintain strong client relationships through regular contactInteract with the Account Team, other ARI departments as well as external parties to respond to client inquiries, resolve issues and complete projects according to set deadlinesProactively maintain and update client policies/parameters/profiles Support the vehicle ordering and selector process including building, making recommendations, pricing and analysisBuild and analyze reports based on clients’ needs in order to make appropriate recommendations to clients on all aspects of Fleet ManagementProactively run exception reports to identify and resolve potential issues before they ariseAdhere to ARI’s customer service standards and service level agreements at all times (i.e. response times) Answer all incoming calls/emails and manage the day-to-day activity while addressing driver and client issuesBecome proficient on all relevant ARI systems, follow current processes, and adapt to system and process changesAnticipate potential problems and work to resolve them; escalate to internal parties in a timely manner using the appropriate platformsExercise effective time management and prioritization practices; escalate potential scheduling or workload conflicts and demandsWhat are we looking for?University degree or post-secondary diploma / certificate an assetMinimum 3 years customer service experience, preferably in the fleet industryProficiency in MS Office Suite Excellent communication skillsProficiency in French both oral and written is an asset What we offer:Benefits include competitive pay and bonus, health, dental and life insurance, 100% tuition reimbursement based on grade performance, Group RRSP, on the job training and development and much more.ARI is committed to providing accommodations throughout the interview process.
