Core Executive’s focus is recruitment and executive search for mid to executive level management positions on behalf of our clients.
The Recruiter is primarily responsible for prospecting new candidates for the open job orders for which we are currently recruiting. Recruiters must be able to identify and network with prospective job seekers and develop matching strategies for open client positions. The Recruiter partners with Client Development Managers to fulfill the requirements of each client need by matching candidate profiles with in-depth job descriptions.
For the right individual the role will be progressive and evolve to include additional Client Development opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
Identify, network, and sell to potential candidates/job seekers through creative matching strategies, including the use of our internal database, job boards, and social networking
Maintain and update a prospective candidate pipeline by cold calling/prospecting calls
Develop and maintain candidate relations through relationship driven calls and meetings
Negotiate pay rates and close deals in accordance with company goals and expectations
Document all candidate conversations for historical data and productivity reporting
This position will be desirable for those seeking high commissions and who possess competency, confidence and character. This would be ideal for someone who has already developed their experience and business knowledge and is looking for a new opportunity in a more flexible environment. Perhaps you have already built a successful sales career in another industry and would like to take your sales skills and use them in a new field.
