Reporting To:

Do you have high integrity and strong work ethic?  We are seeking a talented Exchange Manager who will be responsible for the integrity, growth and profitability of the Corporate Reman Exchange  product lines by maintaining and supporting Company objectives through the effective leadership of the Exchange operation. 
 
Key Accountabilities
Model the way for safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviours in support of Toromonts Health and Safety Policies, Programs and initiatives
Lead, coach and mentor exchange team to achieve personal and corporate goals
Foster a sense of urgency along with a team environment to encourage growth
Manage all aspects of supply chain to maintain and improve fill rates to end users
Handle all new exchange product introduction and deletion with a focus on new product ventures to decrease slow moving inventory.
Manage all stages of core and raw material ownership from purchase to scrap out
Work closely with Supervisors to assist in production scheduling, monitor progress updates and to drive efficiency with the Shop Operations
Foster relationships with our suppliers to establish pricing and marketing efforts with the goal of improving costs to end users and internal sales margins
Key Qualifications
Post-Secondary Education with a minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial/supervisory position in a related field
Highly safety conscious with proven experience in managing all aspects of supply chain in a manufacturing setting
Customer centric with proven leadership, coaching, mentoring and people development skills
Experienced in planning and budgeting with strong organizational skill and a mindset for continuous improvement 
Strategic and influential with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Flexible with the ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills to deal with internal customers
Solid understanding of Caterpillar and Toromont operating policies and procedures
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft applications, DBS and CAT SIS
