You’ll expand the number of advisors in your region as you build your network and recruit quality sales candidates to the organization. You will partner closely with local leaders to identify opportunities to expand brand awareness and identify potential untapped pools of quality candidates. To start:You have at least two years’ experience head hunting for various sales roles, but you want to expand your leadership skills. You insist on leading the way. As a top recruiter, you’ll join a centralized recruitment team that sets the tone for the organization by establishing new pipelines, coaching local recruiters, and connecting top talent to the financial security advisor role.
