DO NOT MISS OUT ON THIS OPPORTUNITY!   DevOps Analyst (Windows) – 3 Month Contract Our client is currently hiring a DevOps Analyst with a focus on Windows Technologies. In this role you will be responsible for working diligently on the continuous optimization of the applications development and infrastructure operations. About the Opportunity Microsoft SQL Server administration, Microsoft Windows server administration, Networking and TCPIP knowledge Extensive experience with Powershell and/or Python Extensive experience with Jenkins, Buildmasters, Octopus Extensive experience with Chef, Ansible and other related technologies Extensive experience with Azure, AWS, GoogleCloud and other Cloud based technologies Knowledge of C# or server side JavaScript as well as HTML, CSS and other enterprise and web based technologies Extensive database experience Extensive understanding of SDLC and have worked closely with development teams Working with external vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner Managing the integration, staging and production continuous delivery pipelines Work closely with the development team to ensure that they can deploy code quickly, securely and reliably You must have experience with taking a collaborative approach to continuous delivery and monitoring System and application administration in a global multi-site network (user/security roles and configuration) Work with vendors, partners and other technical resources to resolve system issues/bugs Install hotfixes and cumulative updates, as required Anticipates, prevents and eliminates problems and creates efficient fixes problems and roadblocks Perform preventative/proactive application and systems maintenance Perform Incident Management sessions during application related critical outages while working intensely to discover root cause analysis on recurring business impacting incidents Monitors and tunes the performance of the infrastructure Identify and correct bottlenecks in the system Focus on the operational improvement and monitoring of complex development features Adhere to and tune deployment and monitoring processes and requirements while focusing on the enforcement of internal control policies, procedures and best practices Experience with Dynamics and/or another relevant ERP system will take precedence About You A post-secondary education in Computer Science or Information Management 5+ years of experience  in a related role Poses superior time management skills Poses superior communication skills both written and verbal Team player and able to demonstrate this during the interview Able to work under immense pressure in a fast-paced environment You must be a detailed, outside-of-the-box thinker with a developer’s mindset and an infrastructure skill set Superior organizational skills Have an entrepreneurial spirit while keeping what’s best for the business at top of mind Always research new technologies and not be afraid to present this to the group with data or experience to back it up How to Apply Click the “Apply Now” button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
