As a Department Team Leader, you will be the “go-to” person in your department. Your colleagues will count on you to answer their questions about products and procedures at SAIL.
In this position, you will not be bored. You will work alongside the other members of the management team. Your days will be full as you will take charge of the following responsibilities:
Listening, advising and offering exceptional customer service;
Mobilizing my team by sharing the company’s and management team’s vision;
Ensuring that the goals of our department are met by structuring and organizing the work;
Being the “go-to “person for the application of practices and policies, as well as customer service.
