Job Description
Our client, a leading glass products manufacturing company which is location in Vaughan is hiring a customer service representative/front desk officer to join their team.
Location: Concord (keele and steeles)
Shift time: 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Pay rate: $18/hour
 
Job duties and requirements:
Answers customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with excellent customer service skills
Pepare documentations and managing paper works
Experience and knowledge regarding AP/AR, for example, updating and maintaining records of expenditures, responding to vendor invoices, managing outgoing payments and billings, verifying transaction information, preparing and understanding financial statements and reports.
Advanced computer skills for MS office
Excellent communication skills
