Job Description
Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of food packaging and foodservice products across North America, currently seeking for a Customer Service Manager join the team ASAP in Richmond Hill location.  
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
– To motivate change and create a new approach to improve Customer Service / Inventory Supply Chain 
– Maintain an 85 % accuracy in our forecasting in supply chain 
– Increase EDI capabilities to result in touchless order processing, and increased accuracy
– Support/Create processes for new product launch requiring special access
– Work closely with regulatory and QA to create corporate SOP’s and training manuals 
– Develop metrics for CS department – on time shipping, phone call efficiency; inventory turns on a quarterly basis
 
Skills & Requirements:
– Thorough knowledge of SAP (customer service and supply chain modules)
– Must have Packaging or Distribution industry experience
– Excellent negotiating skills
– Electronic Data Interchange
– Inventory Management and Supply Chain experience 
– Customer Service experience
