They will place orders and determine the availability of parts and/or the prices requested.Duties:- Answers customer telephone orders in an efficient manner. – Researches inquiries and handles customer issues as needed.- Performs accounting duties consisting such as credit entry, order entry, factory billings, and direct billing for shipments from other company locations. – Documents over/shorts claims for research and resolution. – Contacting vendors for missing invoices – Matching packing slips to invoices to check for any discrepancies- Prepares invoices to be sent to head office for payment-Orders product from existing distribution centers as needed for customers.
