Dynacare is currently searching for a Customer Care Representative, to join their team in Quebec City. This is a Full-time role working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.Responsibilities:Receives and process calls and emails from external and internal customers in English and FrenchEnsures effective and courteous communication with all internal and external clientsConducts written correspondence in a professional, polite and courteous mannerIdentifies and document incoming inquiries from external and internal customersResponds to customer inquiries and ensure prompt and effective resolution of requestsMaintains service level standards for response and resolution of calls and emailsLiaises with all departments as appropriate to assist in effective resolution of inquiriesConducts outbound calls and emails to external and internal customers to report status on inquiriesProcesses documents including filing, faxing, scanning and document follow-upWorks closely with Customer Care Manager on process and service level improvementsEnsures safe work practices by adhering to Health and Safety rules and regulationsMust have:Secondary school graduate plus 1 – 2 years of previous related experience requiredBilingual in English and French(verbally and in writing)Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook at an intermediate levelDemonstrated proficiency with website navigation and web-based toolsNice to have:Diploma or degree in a technical discipline an assetCall Center experience an assetWorking knowledge of AS400 Operating System an assetKnowledge of Omnitech an assetKnowledge of CISCO call centre platforms an assetWorking knowledge of medical terminology an assetDemonstrated ability to resolve customer concerns in a non-threatening, friendly mannerDemonstrated high level of interpersonal skills required to succeed in a collaborative working environmentDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-pace, sometimes stressful environmentDemonstrated ability to self-manage and prioritize in a results driven, time sensitive functionSolid ability to utilize dispute or conflict resolution techniques to achieve desired outcomesAbility to perform under pressure with competing prioritiesStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environmentProven problem solving skillsDNA of an Ideal Dynacare EmployeeI make a difference in people’s lives.
