WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU! · An excellent working environment and Opportunities for advancement · Group Insurance Plan paid after first year of employment · RRSP / DPSP profit-sharing plan after first year of employment JOB DESCRIPTION · Utilize product knowledge to recommend alternatives and upsell whenever possible. · Organize customer orders for pick up at the counter/Process counter returns. · Participate in counter promos, preparing showroom for counter days including pricing and displays. · Manage the daily operations in accordance with established policies, practices, and procedures. · Assist the customers at the counter with their queries and provide quick resolution. · Ask questions and provide relevant information to the customers · Communicate effectively with the customers any relevant procedures and policies which might be beneficial to them. · Perform basic mathematical calculations required to accurately complete assigned tasks.<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: #333333; SPAN: ; sans-serif: " SPAN Roman?; REQUIREMENTS · 2-3 years product knowledge experience in HVAC/HRV/ERV Sales with demonstrated technical and product knowledge · Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with customers · Excellent organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and maintain paperwork · Ability to meet strategic goals and objectives with little supervision · Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment · Have a well-developed phone presence and high comfort level in initiating conversations · Keeps abreast of new product information and upcoming product promotions.
