Weatherford’s Artificial Lift Division currently has an immediate opening for a hardworking, team player in our  Global Corod Product Line – Field Specialist 
.  The primary responsibilities of this role are (but not limited to):
Provides field operations support to global regions
Performs training, mentoring and development of field personnel using Weatherford’s  Competency Assessment Program (WCAP)
Devlop Technical Work Instructions (TWI) for Global Operations
Develops training and competency documentation as needed
Proactively promotes safety and service quality
Participates in field service related incident investigations
Performs operations audits
Travelling involved – may be responsible for overseeing new startup operations – work in remote areas
Helps support engineering field service equipment R&D projects as needed – physical work involved
First aid and H2S certified
Minimimum 5-10 years of Field Specialist Experience preferably Weatherford Corod
A basic understanding of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook) and basic typing skills and math skills required
Technical writing skills an asset
Mechanically inclined with hydraulic troubleshooting experience
Class 1 or 3 driver’s license with clean abstract
Ability to lift heavy loadsup to 50 lbs. is a requirement
Must have excellent written and verbal English Communication skills
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Ability to travel internationally
