The Operations Coordinator sees to the proper functioning and optimization of the distribution network to minimize costs and improve the quality of customer service. Responsibilities Provide operational training to distribution employees Ensure operations support, execution and optimization in the morning on the loading dock for Delivery Drivers Responsible for vacation coverage for Delivery staff Ensure that distribution employees have functional and optimal tools With the help of the Senior Manager, continuous improvement and health & safety, develop, implement and monitor operational standards: Product layout and inventory management in the vehicles Optimization of the route schedules (sequences, frequency, minimum sales target per stop) Management of the vehicle fleet: Standardization of the vehicles (shelf arrangement, wrap graphics, GPS system, etc.) Periodic monitoring of the condition of the vehicles to ensure established standards are maintained Optimization of the use of the GPS system in terms of sustainability, health & safety and efficiency Qualifications High school diploma Minimum five (5) years of related experience within the beverage/ coffee services Competencies Bilingualism in concerned provinces Valid drivers licence Strong customer service orientation Organizational skills, methodical Disposition towards continuous improvement Attention to detail Rigorousness Resourcefulness Autonomy This person will be part of a dynamic and passionate sales, service and delivery team within a fastgrowing organization.
