Based out of Toronto, ON and reporting to the Executive Director, Loyalty Programs , responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Assist Accor Hotels B2B programs and offers in day to day administrative tasks including but not limited to organization of filing systems, coordination of meetings/conference calls, ordering and billing. Current focus is primarily on Famous Agents and resplus, but may be expanded as needed Work with the Digital Marketing, Technology, and Partner Marketing teams as well as the Loyalty Program Administrators at the Global Reservations Centre in Moncton to ensure all loyalty program information is updated accurately and on a timely basis on internal colleague websites as well as external member websites Coordinate work with Paris based Global Sales and Customer Expertise & Loyalty, Business intelligence, E-commerce, Marketing Assist in the production of Loyalty and other Accor Hotels B2B programs and offers collateral (member kits, sell sheets, newsletters, campaigns, etc.). Assist in the successful communication of new member benefits to the regions and related internal teams Assist in the completion of multiple monthly billing and tracking reports for all programs and offers. This includes monthly hotel billing, program charge backs, general scorecards, monthly invoice collection and tracking. Other support tasks as assigned from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS: Post-secondary education in Marketing, Tourism or Hotel Management an asset Two years previous experience in Marketing or Hotel Operations required Familiarity with resplus & Famous Agents would be considered an asset B2B sales culture Hospitality, Marketing or Business related degree an asset Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills Detail oriented and strong writing skills and affinity for numbers required Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook VISA REQUIREMENTS: Must already be legally entitled to work in Canada to be considered for the position.
