As a Contracts & Commission Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance of Canada Life’s contractual and licensing obligations with respect to the processing and administration of Advisor Contracts through all Channels.This position is also responsible for maintaining contract related information for all Advisors for compensation purposes, and providing a high level of customer service through accurate interpretation and communication.AccountabilitiesObtaining all necessary contractual and licensing information for the processing of advisor contracts.Ensuring the timely processing of all contractual paperwork.Ensuring compliance of contractual and licensing obligations, monitoring and auditing of data in the SIEBEL Management system and various other databases/systems.Creating, amending and deleting pertinent name, address, banking and contract related information on advisor contracts.Providing a high level of customer service through the timely and accurate processing and administration of incoming correspondence.
